Where is Overtime Coach Company based?

We are based in Billings, Montana and available for nationwide routing depending on schedule, availability, and trip details.

How many bunks does the coach have?

Our entertainer coach has 12 bunks, making it a strong option for artists, bands, crew members, and touring personnel who need to rest while traveling between cities.

Is a driver included?

Yes. Every trip is operated with a fully licensed and insured driver. We do not rent the coach without a qualified driver.

Do you rent the coach without a driver?

No. For safety, insurance, and operational reasons, the coach is only available with a fully licensed and insured driver.

Is this a party bus?

No. This is not a party bus, wedding shuttle, or local night-out rental. Overtime Coach Company provides professional transportation for working artists, bands, crews, production teams, and entertainment industry clients.

What types of trips do you accept?

We review requests for multi-city tours, weekend runs, one-off concerts, festival travel, artist transportation, crew transportation, and production-related travel.

Do you offer nationwide service?

Yes. The coach is based in Montana but available nationwide depending on routing, schedule, driver availability, and trip details.

Can the coach be used for one-way trips?

Yes, depending on the route and availability. One-way trips may include additional costs for deadhead mileage, driver time, fuel, lodging, and repositioning the coach.

How is pricing calculated?

Each trip is quoted individually. Pricing depends on travel dates, routing, mileage, number of travel days, driver requirements, lodging, trailer needs, and deadhead distance from Billings, Montana.

Fuel is covered by the renter and is not included as part of the base coach rental rate unless specifically stated in writing.

Driver lodging is required and is the responsibility of the renter unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Is fuel included in the quote?

No. Fuel is covered by the renter.

Overtime Coach Company provides the coach and fully licensed, insured driver, but the renter is responsible for all fuel costs associated with the trip, including travel during the booked route and any agreed-upon positioning or deadhead mileage.

Fuel terms will be discussed during the quote and booking process so both sides are clear before the trip is confirmed.

Is driver lodging required?

Yes. Driver lodging is required.

The renter is responsible for providing or covering hotel lodging for the driver during the trip. Lodging requirements will be discussed during the quote and booking process so everything is clear before the trip is confirmed.

Can we bring instruments, merch, or gear?

Yes, depending on the amount of gear and available space. Please include gear, merch, luggage, and equipment details when requesting a quote.

Is trailer space available?

Trailer options are available depending on the route, schedule, and overall travel needs. If you need trailer space, please mention that in your quote request.

How far in advance should we book?

As early as possible. Tour transportation requires coordination between the route, coach availability, driver scheduling, and contract details. Last-minute requests may be possible, but early booking gives you the best chance of securing the coach.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. Approved trips require a deposit and signed agreement to secure the dates. Dates are not considered reserved until the booking is confirmed.

Can we smoke or vape on the coach?

No. Smoking and vaping are not permitted on the coach.

Are pets allowed?

Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be approved in advance. Unauthorized animals are not permitted.

Illegal substances are not permitted. Alcohol rules, if applicable, will be addressed during the booking process and must follow all laws, safety requirements, and company policies.

Who is responsible for damage to the coach?

The client is responsible for damage caused by passengers, crew, guests, or anyone traveling as part of the approved group. Damage policies will be outlined in the booking agreement.

How do we request a quote?

Send us your travel dates, pickup city, destination, full route, number of passengers, gear or trailer needs, and any special schedule requirements. We will review the trip and follow up with availability and next steps.

Does submitting a quote request guarantee availability?

No. Submitting a quote request does not guarantee availability. Trips are only secured once the route is approved, a quote is accepted, the agreement is signed, and the required deposit is paid.
